Dream House Paragraph with Imagery

My dream house will be in a nice relaxing place some where that my family and I can enjoy. The house would be huge, inside the house there will be a bowling area that you need to pay to go inside. To add on to that there will be a movie room for the ppl that just want to get away from everyone. Outside I would have a pool and a hot tub, also I will have all my cars parked out front of my house. The house will be protected by bricks and a get to leave or come into. In the back of the house I will have a football filed so I can have a place train. On the bottom floor in my house there will be a basketball court to shoot around at. The next floor There would be a game room with games from the old days and the newer games to, this room will be for the younger kids.

Symbolism and Allegory Unit Reflection

In this unit I have learnded by doing group work which I believe help me becuase I have a parner that can help me with understand the work I am doing. Another way was the projects we have been working on in class that helps me to get information on the topic we are walknig on in class and for homework. Also everynight we have homework about the what we are learning so I wont forgt it. Last but not less the support that we have in the class with he tearcher and the other helping hands are there when any student needs them.

Animal Farm to the Real World

Something that I have seen in life that goes with the short story that we read would be with the government because say one thing and do another. In the story they have leaders after they said all animals are equal. In life we want everyone to be equal but there is the "The Rich" middle class and then the poor which means we aren't equal at all. Also the government like to hide thing from outside ears, in the story they had little hidden meeting too. Additional in the story they made deals with people that they say are their enemies. In life people do the same without even thinking about it.

“Animal Farm” Revolution at SPA

If the students here at SPA had a revolution I really believe that I would be like Boxer in the short story "Animal Farm". Boxer is a hard worker and gives good ideas but is not the leader of the Revolution even though he should be. Spa Revolution would be about the freedom that we may not get here, kids would break all the rules to upset staff and other workers. The Revolution would change SPA forever, by letting the kids be free with little rules. Students at SPA would have no reason to blame others because it's their rules and their change.

“Through the Tunnel” Foster Youth Initiation

When I enter the system they had a short term placement for me which was my initiation into the system. When your in the system and you move you around they send your paper work to your next placement. The initiation out of the system would be to go back home with family or to age out of the system. Aging out of the system you must be eighteen and or nineteen. The initiation to go back home your mom or dad must fill out a lot of paperwork.

“Through the Tunnel” Comprehension Paragraph

I find that it is vary convincing that Jerry took that risk. I believe that because when anyone puts their mind to something they will try to do it even if it kills them. I am an prefect example of that time football I had three concussions in on season, even though the doctors told me if it happened again it could cause brain damage I had already made up my mind to stick through football no matter what happens good or bad. To most people putting your mind to something and go through it means everything to people. Some people don't really have much to look forward for but a goal to succeed, and swim in the underwater tunnel was Jerry's goal or drive.

“Through the Tunnel” Prove Yourself Paragraph

For me it was difficult to even stay in school in the 6th grade I skipped out of school to hang out with other friends that was in high school. I wasn't in school and I was digging a hole that may not have been able to be covered if I didn't go back to school. Around the end of the year I went back to school and i had to work super hard to pass my grade to move up to the 7th grade.

Third Quarter Goals

My greatest accomplishment of 2010 was getting a 3.0 it was a hard to get but by sticking with it, asking for help, and helping others it made it a little easier. I achieved this by doing the simple things like homework, my class work and passing my test.

My goals for the 3^rd Quarter is to get a 3.5 and ways I can to this is by sticking with my work and passing my test. Try harder in and out of my classes. Also by asking others for help.

Winter Break Narrative

Over the winter break I had a good time, just the fact that I didn’t have school and I was with my family made it even better. But there was one thing that made my break even better, while I was on pass my brother and I went to the Holiday Bowl which is college football. When I was sitting at the game looking at people that have been playing football all their life and living up to their dreams which made me think that maybe it’s my turn to do the same. Also spending time with my brother was a blast I haven’t seen him in a long time and it’s good to see the change in him. Even though he gets in trouble nonstop I still think he means well. At the game I seen other people that I know from SPA, and I got to meet their families too. If I could sum it all up the game was something that I won’t forget.

A few days after the game we had a little dance on campus even though that wasn’t my plan to stay on campus during New Years I still made it fun. At the dance I really wanted to talk to someone that I haven’t talk to since the start of freshman year. During the whole dance I was trying to find away to go up to her and just say, “Hey” or something. At the last thirty minutes of the dance I went up to her and asked her if she wanted to dance. The whole time that I was thinking about going up to her she was waiting for it to happen so that was funny to find out. Break is how you make it and I made my break a great one
